My story

Hey, it's Ms. Tierra! I grew up right here in Statesboro, and now I run my own salon and work as a realtor, helping people find homes they love. When I was your age, I played piano for seven years and even taught lessons, and I still fill my life with gospel music, painting, and fishing whenever I get the chance. I can help you with math, homework, art, college and career planning, or just be someone you can talk to when you need it. I am a proud mom of Kaiden Reese, a rice crispy treat lover, and I was born the day after Christmas! My best advice is simple: be yourself, because you are enough just as you are. I said yes to mentoring because real experience is something worth sharing, and I want to help you build confidence and reach your goals faster than I did. I cannot wait to meet you and have fun on this journey together!

Why I mentor

I said yes to being a mentor because I've learned valuable lessons through my own successes and challenges. By sharing that knowledge, I can help someone else build confidence, avoid common mistakes, and reach their goals more quickly. Mentoring is also an opportunity for me to continue learning, strengthen my leadership skills, and make a positive impact on another person's life.
