Why I mentor
I said yes to being a mentor because I know the struggles of having to navigate life alone or always being looked at as the one who “knows it all” but in reality you just wanted someone to guide you. I want to help as many students as I can navigate their way through life. Let’s be great together !!!
Best advice
Keep going. No matter what. Take time to relax, get your mental together and lock back in. Most importantly Enjoy life we only get one!!

A note for you
Hey, I heard you might be feeling a little nervous about meeting me, and I just want to say that’s completely okay.
You don’t have to show up perfect, prepared, or “impressive.” My job isn’t to judge you it’s to get to know you, understand where you are right now, and help you figure out what you want next. We can take things at your pace. There’s no pressure to have all the answers.
Most people feel a little unsure before meeting someone new, especially in a mentor role. But this is just a conversation not a test, not a performance, not something you can fail.
If it helps to know: I’m rooting for you already, just by the fact that you’re showing up and trying.
When you’re ready, I’ll be here. 💚
With care, Sophia
