Program Overview
The Next Generation Leadership Academy is a structured program focused on developing students' leadership skills, academic discipline, and personal growth. The program focuses on developing students' ability to lead, communicate effectively, set goals, and prepare for future academic and career opportunities. Students will participate in weekly sessions that combine discussion, mentorship, leadership activities, and real-world skill development. They receive mentorship and encouragement from leaders and role models committed to helping them grow academically, personally, and as future leaders in their communities.
