The Second Start Scholarship application is not currently open. Applications will open on June 1st and close on August 1st.

Application Overview

Thank you for your interest in the Second Start Scholarship. This scholarship supports non-traditional college students who demonstrate perseverance, academic commitment, and a desire to positively impact their communities.

Please complete the application form below and submit all required materials.

Applicants must submit the following materials:

• Completed scholarship application form
• Personal essay responding to the scholarship prompt
• Current unofficial or official college transcript
• One letter of recommendation from a professor, mentor, or supervisor
